Order GIFT CARD

The Supernova Gift Card is a bar-coded means of payment in plastic or electronic form (pdf document), which can be used to pay for goods and services in shops and bars in selected Supernova shopping centres. The Gift Card can be loaded with any value between € 10 and € 300 (rounded up to 10 €) and is valid for 4 years from the date of purchase.

You can buy a Gift Card on the website www.supernova-kartica.si or in person during the shopping centre opening hours, at the relevant points of sale (information desk or Gift Card kiosk):

• Info Point Supernova: Ljubljana Rudnik, Ljubljana Šiška
• kiosk (gift machine): Supernova Nova Gorica
• Info Point of the Spar/Interspar in Supernova (Kranj, Nova Gorica, Novo mesto, Kamnik, Maribor and Ptuj; Krško only unitl end of June 2022) and Info Point of Mercator in Supernova Mercator (Novo mesto, Kranj Primskovo and Kranj Savski otok)
• Info Point of the Mercator: Supernova Mercator Savski otok, Supernova Primskovo, Supernova Mercator Novo mesto, Supernova Mercatro Koper

The Supernova Gift Card can be used for shopping in selected Supernova shopping centres:

• Supernova Ljubljana Rudnik, Supernova Nova Gorica, Supernova Ljubljana Šiška, Supernova Koper, Supernova Maribor Tržaška
• Supernova Nova Gorica, Supernova Kranj, Supernova Kamnik, Supernova Novo mesto, Supernova Maribor in Supernova Ptuj; Qlandia Krško only until end of June 2022
• Supernova Mercator Primskovo, Supernova Mercator Savski otok, Supernova Mercator Novo mesto, Supernova Mercator Postojna, Supernova mercator Ajdovčina, Supernova Slovenj Gradec

Exceptions (shops and bars) where the Gift Card cannot be used are:

• banking and financial points
• promotional stores (temporary stalls with external promoters)
• other current exceptions that do not yet have a Gift Card redemption system in place
• Loterija Slovenije

The Gift Card can be loaded with any value between € 10 and € 300. In the event that the value of the purchase is lower than the value of the balance on the Gift Card, the remaining value will be noted on the Gift Card and can be used for the next purchase until the balance is used up. If your purchase exceeds the value of the balance on the card, the remaining amount must be paid in cash or by a bank card. The Supernova Gift Card is irreplaceable for cash and it is not possible to receive the balance back in cash.

The Supernova Gift Card is valid for 4 years from the date of purchase or exchange (in case of swapping the Qlandia gift vouchers for the Supernova Gift Card or swapping of the Qlandia Gift Card for the Supernova Gift Card). It becomes active immediately after the purchase. It becomes invalid when you have used up all your balance (recharging is not possible).
